You can delete your MindSteer account directly in the app. No email request is required.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open MindSteer and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account Information.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What Happens When You Delete
- Your authentication account is deleted.
- Your remote MindSteer user data is deleted from app storage systems.
- Your local app data on the device is cleared as part of deletion/sign-out flow.
If Deletion Fails
Some providers may require a recent sign-in for security-sensitive actions. If deletion fails, sign in again and retry the same steps.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login, account/data deletion for MindSteer is still completed from inside the MindSteer app using the same steps above. You can also remove MindSteer app permissions from your Facebook account settings if desired.
