Controller

The current operator and data controller for Spider / Araña is Enrique Ramírez Hernández. ENRASOFT APPS SL. is the app’s historical reference. Privacy and rights: privacy@mindsteer.app. Support: support@mindsteer.app. Mention Spider / Araña when contacting us.

Camera, hand and face

Camera images and hand/face landmarks are processed on your device to position creatures. They are not used to identify you, record videos, or send camera images or face landmarks to our servers, RevenueCat or Google Ads. The camera stops when you leave the experience. The app does not request microphone, contacts or GPS access.

Preferences and access

Language, music, effects, vibration and free-session usage are saved locally. No registration is required to play, purchase or restore Premium. Optional review access uses Google Firebase Authentication to validate the reviewer’s supplied email and password. Its identifier is associated with RevenueCat to verify Premium access. This does not start a paid subscription or save the password in the app.

Purchases

Apple or Google handles payment. RevenueCat verifies and restores access using an app identifier, purchase information and subscription status. It also processes technical context such as version, language and store information, and provides subscription history and statistics. The app does not receive or store your payment card details.

Ads and consent

Free mode offers voluntary Google AdMob ads to earn additional sessions. The SDK may process IP addresses, permitted identifiers, interactions and technical information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. IP addresses can indicate approximate location. Google UMP provides applicable consent choices. Review available privacy options in the app settings. Premium does not show ads. Rejecting an optional processing choice may affect ad availability but does not require buying Premium.

Before ads are loaded, you can select an age range. We save your choice on your device and send age-treatment signals to Google to configure advertising. We do not ask for your date of birth. Declared ages 13–15 receive restricted treatment, and ages 16–17 receive teen protections. Adults use the applicable regional consent choices. We do not load ads for unknown ages or declared ages below 13. You can change this choice in Settings.

Optional local reminders

If you enable reminders and allow them in the system, your device can notify you when free sessions return and show reminders with varied messages. These are scheduled locally and do not need a notification server.

Turn them off in Settings → Daily reminder or in device notification settings. The app cancels pending and delivered notices on verified Premium activation and suspends them before a purchase. Purchases on another device are reflected when this installation updates its access status.

The schedule, language and preference remain on your device. This feature creates no FCM token and sends no registration data to Cloudflare. The system can delay presentation. Firebase Authentication remains only for optional review access.

Preparation builds 45–52 included Firebase App, Cloud Messaging and Installations, with automatic token registration and Analytics collection disabled, and no active reminder server. The updated build replaces those components with local reminders.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information needed to deliver requested features and verify access. Advertising processing that requires consent depends on your choices. Limited technical information helps operate and protect the service under legitimate interests; applicable legal records are retained where required. Support requests use contact information and evidence needed to respond or verify the request.

Retention and providers

Local preferences remain until the relevant app data is removed. Purchase and support information is retained as needed for the service, disputes and applicable obligations. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain information under their policies and agreements. Spider 2.0 service connections use HTTPS. Providers may process information internationally under their processing agreements and transfer mechanisms.

Rights and deletion

Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Contact privacy@mindsteer.app; ownership evidence may be requested without asking for your password. You may complain to a data protection authority, including Spain’s AEPD. Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription; manage it through Apple or Google.

This website and minors

Spider is intended for people aged 13 and older. The store content rating and parental controls are separate from this target audience. These pages do not add ads, analytics or their own cookies; GitHub Pages processes the technical connection data needed to serve and protect the site. Contact privacy if you believe a minor has supplied personal data that needs attention.

Older versions

The historical Google Play listing also distributed Spider 1.1 and earlier releases. Their older advertising components include automatic request paths and HTTP paths, without the age and consent controls described for Spider 2.0. The global Google Play declaration therefore does not claim that every version encrypts all collected data in transit or lets every user opt out of advertising-related collection.

Scope and updates

This policy applies to Spider / Araña 2.0 and associated test builds. Development versions may use simulated purchases and official test ads; these integrations also communicate with providers. This page is updated when the service or data processing changes.
